ONLINE TALENT MANAGER TRADEMARK AND COPYRIGHT INFORMATION

Online Talent Manager owns the following Trademark:

     Octogram®

This ® symbol must be used at least the first time that "Octogram" is mentioned in the text (after the title) in a manual, publication, advertisement, packaging, or other materials.

You may not use the Octogram trademark, including but not limited to the Octogram name, as part of your web site domain name, company name or product/service name.

You must only use the Octogram trademark for your materials in connection with the Octogram test developed by Online Talent Manager.

Credit lines should appear either at the beginning or end of your manuals, publications, or other materials. Sample Credit Line:

Octogram is a trademark of Online Talent Manager, registered in the European Union and other countries.

Copy Guidelines

The size and placement of the Octogram trademark must emphasize clearly that you are an independent entity, and not part of Online Talent Manager or Octogram. In all cases, the visual affiliation between your company and Octogram must clearly indicate the independent nature of the relationship between the two companies.

You may not represent your company as "official," "exclusive," or "developer" in association with the Octogram test.

Depiction of Octogram product must be a fair representation to show it is marketed and distributed by Online Talent Manager.

The Octogram trademark is a valuable property right of Online Talent Manager. Misuse of the Octogram trademark may subject you to trademark infringement or passing off claims.

Online Talent Manager, Bert Goos, and Andre Tjoa hold copyrights on the Octogram test and other tests, training materials, interpretations, documentation, and trait names used in the Online Talent Manager except where indicated. You may not reproduce these materials, in whole or in part, without permission from the copyright holders.
